About Us — iRaceRC

iRaceRC was created with one purpose:
to give kids a fun, safe, and simple place to learn RC racing.

This entire project started with my grandson. I wanted a way to teach him everything I know — from the basics of driving to understanding car setups, handling emotions on race day, building character, and learning what it truly means to grow through the sport.

As I began building the lessons, I realized something important:

There are kids everywhere who would benefit from this.

So iRaceRC.com and iRaceRC.io were born — completely free for any child who wants to learn.

Our goal is to break everything down to a five-year-old mindset:

No ads. No pressure. No barriers.

Just a place where kids can explore RC racing, learn new skills, feel supported, and discover confidence one lap at a time.

We’ll also feature short interviews and advice from national champions, world champions, pro drivers, and mentors who share the same goal:
helping the next generation grow on and off the track.

RC racing taught me a lot about life. I want to pass that on to my grandson — and to every kid who finds their way here.
